Looks pretty badass. So what do you guys think is the best HIAC match ever?..

I go with Lesnar vs. Taker myself.

It's not the best by any stretch of imagination, but I love how brutal Taker vs Mankind was. Just insane.

Co Sign, Lesnar was such a fucking badass in that match. The final shot of Brock on top of the Cell, holding up the WWE title, was just fantastic. No outrageous bumps, no big swerves, and no wrong guy going over. This match was about 2 men beating the ever loving shit out one another, for the WWE title.

It was a nice change of pace for them to use the Cell for its original purpose, to keep both guys confined.

To answer the question, I'd have to say the original HIAC match. The fact that Michaels was such an underdog against Taker created a great story. Yeah, Foley topped all the bumps in that match, but Michaels still took some good ones, and they were the first of that kind. The only true knock against the match I've heard is the finish, but it was a great way to debut Kane, and it wouldn't have made sense for Michaels to go over clean, so I thought it was perfect.

I just watched Taker vs Lesnar again and Taker was bleeding his ass off. That really made me miss Brock tho

Other cell matches that stick out in my mind are the first cell match with Taker against HBgay and the six man cell match where Rikishi's fat ass fell into that truck.
