Default Royal Rumble, Beniot question

I just bought the WWE Royal Rumble Anthology.

It lists Beniot on there, and of course he won the Rumble match.

I was wondering, since WWE seems to be getting rid of anything that reminds them of Beniot, barring DVD sales that contain his matches...

Do you think they will try and erase what Beniot did in the Rumble. I know HBK entered at number 1 and won the Rumble first, but didn't Beniot beat the time streak that was held by Flair?

If so, do you think someone will last longer than that?

ok, just was curious. I didn't see the rumble that rey won, so I didn't know.

Yeah I was curious about the same thing. At Circuit City they had a Summerslam 3 pack for $20. It had SS 06, 05 and 04. The cover of 04 had Benoit vs Orton removed from the dvd cover and only featured JBL vs Undertaker. I was wondering if the match was removed from the dvd as well.

They shouldn't remove his matches. Taking him off cover art I understand, but leave the damn matches.

That's my feeling. If I was 100% sure that Benoit vs Orton was still on the dvd I would've bought the three summerslam dvd set just for that match.

And HBK vs Hogan from the 05 Summerslam. HBK fucking carried that entire match. If Hogan had lost I would've considered it a great match.

Yes it was, I especially liked when Hogan rammed HBK head in to the turnbuckle, and HBK did a full flip bump.

I just wonder what Hogan was thinking watching that happen.

This also reminds me how good Michaels was as a heel for that month or so. I wish he'd turn again.

You can tell he was pissed, after the big boot when he turned around, and seen Michaels still flopping around like a fish out of water.
