Also, Dusty Rhodes was slower than Hogan and his booking was worse. He would no sell for no apparent reason. At least Hogan's and Callaway's no selling was concurring with their gimmicks that they are not mere mortals.

Dusty Rhodes was a fat washed up piece of trash. And then he got even worse in WWE. He's more of a disgrace than anything else. I hardly see why he qualifies for HOF status. But then again, it's a wwe hof and pretty much a joke anyway.
