Default LMAO, Ref Bumps....

I just watched the Main Event of Raw, Edge vs Cena with Mick Foley as the special ref and Foley took a typical "ref bump"; Edge went to hit Cena, missed and plowed into Foley knocking him out of the ring. It took him slightly less time to recover than normal refs take.

Now I know I'm not the smartest guy in the world or anything, but my logical thinking tells me that since Foley is a former wrestler, that he would be able to get up after a few seconds and that the "ref recovery time" wouldn't apply to him, yet he was just like every other referee

I don't know, maybe I just expect too much from the WWE sometimes

Foleys bump was funny though.

BTW i was really impressed with cenas catch of edge of the top rope and then into the FU. It showed real strength from a man that isnt that large

Yeah that was pretty impressive. Cena is fucking jacked

That match was also solid and Cena seems to be trying to add more moves to his arsenal in the top rope splash and a belly to belly suplex. The moves didn't really come with the flow of the match, but I gotta give him credit for trying to improve.

....Stick praising Cena,

I think its Snowing in Hell now...

Anyway ref bumps are a comon factor in most Title Matches in the WWE, in fact I'd say every 2/5 World Title Matches these days has a ref bump in it. Plus the crapiness of the actual ref's bump is becoming more and more stupid...

You start to think that these refs wouldn't be able to survive a swift sea breeze...

If you or someone you know has been caused grief by an "Internet Bully" then you and/or that person is nothing but a little punk ass bitch, and the world would be a better, more manly place if you'd just jump off a fucking bridge already. I wouldnt say it was him trying to expand his moveset as much as i would say that the WWe were just trying to do a one off change of format(i thought this type of match would go down at the Rumble)

Also did anyone feel that Cena wrestled more like a heel for most of that match?

So you think him throwing in a couple extra moves was just a one time thing?

I didn't get that feeling that he was wrestling like a heel, but I might watch it again to see.

I do know that the announcers were really puttin over his work schedule and how tired he must be since he had a promo tour in India, so maybe that (heel feeling) goes along with "him doing anything possible" to win the match.

Nah when a face controls a matchup like that its normally because they have been getting beaten from pillar to post all month and its sort of a revenge thing. Other then the sleepers he was put in(which really would have worked the crowd really well if they had shown Cena promotional videos of what he had done over the last week)... The rest of the match saw Cena control the offence from what i remember. And that came off as a heel action considering they have hardly touched at all in the last few weeks(which is why i expected Cena to wrestle that type of match at the Rumble)
