The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the feeling backstage is that Rey Mysterio is more over with fans and would make a better challenger for the title than Randy Orton..I know alot of you guys are going to disagree with me and expect him to lose to Orton this sunday,but for some reason I believe he's gonna be in the WHC scene at WM22,be it one on one or a triple threat with Angle and Orton.

Yes, it is just acting, but the way they've been handling this storyline is tasteless.

He is wrestling in memory of Eddie, but he's currently feuding with Orton.


It started at the Rumble when Rey eliminated Orton last to win it and earn a WM ME title shot. The next SD! Orton comes out and says Rey isn't deserving of the WM ME spot and challenges Rey for it. Rey looks up to Eddie and Orton says, "I don't know why you're lookin up there for Eddie. He isn't up there in heaven....he's down there *motions downward* IN HELL!!!"

Then Orton said he said that to get under Rey's skin to "get what he wanted".


It's very fuckin tasteless and Vickie should slap Orton for agreeing to say these things, creative for coming up with this shit, and Vince McMahon for approving of and allowing it.

Well remember, Rey is known for beating bigger stars than himself. With his speed he would make a great champion. Did we ever have a lightweight carrying the world belt in WWE? I hope he wins but I dont think so

I noticed alot of eddie disses lately on RAW and Smackdown. The man worked his ass off and was always giving it his all. What ever happened to respect?
