I'm guessing Rob is a BoSox fan? I just love the electricity that is at a live WWE event too, something that really isn't there at a baseball game, etc etc. Because like with the WWE, you know what are you going to see, and you are anticipating it. You may not necessarily know the outcomes, but you know what you are going to see. I really don't get as excited about baseball games as I do live WWE shows. As soon as I get the tickets to a WWE show, I'm pumped up from that second. I think about in the days and weeks that follow. I get there and even if I have to wait outside, there is an adrenalin rush. With baseball games, I get the tickets, and I may not think about it again until the night before the game or the day of the game. The adrenalin really doesn't kick in until game time, even if it does at all. And last year, when I went to my first baseball game of the season, I found my mind wandering more than it ever did. I kept thinking about different stuff. When I went to that house show in youngstown back in Feb. of 2004 (my first live event in about 2 years) I was focused on what was going on. I can't tell you the score of a baseball game I went to last year, but I can tell you who won the matches I saw at the live WWE event. It sticks with me forever. I went to a RAW in Pittsburgh last year (the Iron Man Match in which Eugene returned) and I will never forget being there when Eugene came back, and just the sheer sound in that arena that night from everyone screaming. The only memory I will keep with me from a baseball game is when I went to a game like a week after September 11, it may have been only a couple games after they started playing again, and being there after they sang the National Anthem, everyone chanting USA. That is a moment that sends chills up my spine to this day. The WWE will always have a lasting impact on me.
