I just had this discussion at the board I quit recently, but i'll give a quick rundown.

1) You study the past companies over the years that had a great run, only to flop in the end. See what their mistakes were, what worked and what didn't.

2) Listen to the fans. See who isn't being utilized right and who just doesn't have the talent.

3) Do research before you have a ton of titles. You have your world title, the tag titles, a secondary title to the world title. After all, being the IC and U.S. champion used to mean you were the #1 contender to the world champion. Cruiser weight title if you have the talent to use, and just as they love it in Japan, i'm a big fan of junior tag team titles.

4) Lure in international talent. There's a monster market over seas for talent from Japan, England and even a lot up in Canada that people are unaware of. Expose an international lifestyle of wrestling, besides just your basic brawling and powerhouse matches.

5) Raid the indy feds. I'm not talking about just the NWA or ROH, but there's so many indy federations out there, that they have a lot of talent. So many fans talk about which indy wrestler they'd love to see have a chance to shine. Listen to those fans and give these guys a chance.

6) Just like OVW is to the WWE, have a AAA promotion for re-habbing your wrestlers injuries and to help the greener wrestlers improve. If there's something that they have to offer and contribute but are lacking, send them down there. No other way to improve then gain experience.

7) No backstage politics. Granted that might be impossible, but you can't afford to have a successfull company if you're going to have your creative team, talent scouts or writers wrestling on your show as well. The ego's will explose and soon you have nothing more then chaos as the people running the show want it revolved around them.

8) Don't revolve your product around the owner of the company. Less is more! You don't need to be on the television or your family at all times to market your product.

9) Don't over do the mainstream matches, or surprise attacks. Yes it's nice to see but if you do it every week and to often fans lose interest. Fans aren't stupid and they don't want cheesy gimmicks just to get a match over.

10) Mix your vets with young talent. Granted you need ring vets with market value to run your product, but you also need to continuously elevate your younger talent and give them a chance. After all they are the future.

Ok, i'm done for now.

Sound very good. Maybe we should send it to Vince. Ah, he has his head too far up his ass to listen to what the fans want.

Sure...you can take a run at numbfuck SC or plainjane Josh or complete moron Alex or can't get out of his own way Boston...but I don't agree with you about Barry and it's "Rueben Droughns this" "weed that" "your kids this" "Look at me and my halo over my head that."

Whatever. First of all, you don't have any depth of knowledge about any of that stuff, so you're just talking out of your ass. Secondly, you wouldn't be saying any of that shit if Barry Bonds wasn't some roided up freak who you're in love with.

It's fucking gay. I have better things to do than deal with someone who can't even debate a point, rather changes the subject again and again to deflect the fact that he's dead wrong. It's what dumbass 6th graders do...

I honestly don't give a fuck about your opinion. Like I told Alex, they're just words on a screen. I can't believe you don't get that concept...but okay.

I mean...you're the kind of guy that thinks if you yell louder than the other person, you will win a debate. And that's not new either...I've pretty much thought that about you from day one...

I didn't want to put it that way, but since you want to press on...

Lame dude. Just lame. I have better shit to do. You probably should too...but I'm betting you don't...

Late.

God damn man that was Superb, One hell of a Post, Respect worthy as Travel would say....I don't have nor need one though.

But there are pretty good ideas in that man, I'll keep note of your ideas.

Then again the fans these days are more into Gimmick matches and I'm all for hearing what the fans want. Triple Cage is something I have been craving for, for a while since wCw has been gone.
