Default Triple H injury Headline a mistake?

OK I just went into's headlines and the top headline says Triple H on possible throat and arm injuries (The injuries he sustained a couple of pay-per-views ago) but then there is nothing underneath the headline. Did triple H get re-injured? If fucking up? I've gone to the website four times this morning and still come up with the same thing.

They were probably updating the website. That happens from time to time, and nonsense ends up on the screen, or nothing at all. That is definitely referring to his injuries sustained at survivor series. They make the same mistake with the PPV sites all the time
