Post Tiny Smackdown arenas...

I have noticed for that last two weeks that Smackdown venues have been getting smaller and smaller. If you noticed that Smackdown stage is not longer elevated at the last 2 tapings the stage was flush with the floor...I think I is a good idea because of the poor attendance of both Raw and Smackdown shows I hope Raw does it too because I will be at Raw in Phoenix on Monday and from what I was told they did not even sell any upper level seats in the Balcony...

Did anybody notice that last Smackdown was taped at the arena that looks just like the one used in "Beyond The Mat" where Bret Hart wrestled Terry Funk?

Is that true?

I think the lowered stage is a good idea....as is smaller venues if the larger ones aren't drawing at capacity.

Gives the show a more intimte feel.

The arenas have seemed to be smaller lately.
