The American Dream a standout as champion of the NWA (yes before the WWF and polka dots)...Rhodes was also US champ after beating Lex Luger..Rhodes kept the title for almost 6 months, but was stripped of the belt after he hit the NWA president with a baseball bat.

Raven came into WCW and became the leader of the flock...however he was destined to be a midcarder..a spring stampede on april 19, 1998, Raven beat DDP to become the US champ...his reign lasted 24 hours as the next night on Nitro Goldberg would make raven "NEXT" and win the US belt.

the American Dream was another WCW icon.....I remember the show where he did the bat thing.....

Raven.....a day does not a champion make......

Dusty Rhodes gets my vote here......

Dusty was a legitimate Champion, where as Raven was simply a transition Champion used for the advancement of a gimmick, not his by the way.........

I'm sorry guys, but I like Raven from WCW way too much not to vote for him. That and I still recal almost every little detail from his match with Goldberg where he lost the title. So, I'm going to go with personal signifigance and vote for Raven.
