Does anyone here do a lot of cooking?

I've somewhat recently begun doing a lot of cooking with beer....
1 for the dish....1 for me.....1 for the dish....2 for me...

My beer chili and beer ribs have been awesome
my beer burgers are epic
my beer and potato soup....it was pretty good.

any body else make anything?

I love cooking. I usually throw a beer into chili or for fish tacos. I don't really cook as much as I used to, but it's been something I've been into for a long time now. What also rocks is cooking with tequilla. When it cooks down over fajitas or something, it brings out so much flavor.

I don't do much cooking (yet), but my dad has a bunch of stuff he cooks.

His latest is this chili-cheese dog casserole that is pure death, but tastes amazing. It consists of a layer of mini-tater tots, some chili on top of that, some cheese, a layer of cut up hot dogs on top of that, more cheese, more chili, and more tater-tots on top.

I can cook Hamburger Helper.

I did it once and it was quite delicious.

I also like to put pizza or corn dogs in the oven too.

Other than that I use the microwave or eat my Mother's cooking.

If you have trader joes, they have a really good pre-made pizza crust that's refrigerated. I do em up 2 ways. 1 with bbq sauce, shredded chicken, onions, bell peppers and cheddar cheese, and the other way is with pesto sauce, chicken sausage, mozzarella and basil. I haven't made them in a while, but they're pretty tasty and really better than frozen. Give it a shot man, it's easy.

Damn, those sound good, Exo. I don't have Trader Joes, but premixed pizza crust packets are at every grocery in the area.

The basil and the pesto in the same pizza though...it's not too much?? Sounds kind of redundant, but I'm a basil/pesto loving fool so...

Nah, the fresh basil goes on top and gets melted into the cheese and stuff so it's has a more of an herb flavor, since pesto usually goes more olive oil and garlic. Basil's good shit.

I can cook and pretty well people tell me, I studied Hospitality all through high school. But I rarely cook unless its for more than two people, otherwise it just seems pointless. I like to bake mostly.

Baking is pretty cool. I like making that stuff, but I usually do it for other people. Like, what the hell am I going to do with 2 dozen cookies or a whole freaking cake or something. It's funny how baking and cooking are almost completely different things.

For me, aside from the fact that they both involve food and heat, baking and cooking are two completely different things.

I suck at baking...

I love to cook. These are my 3 favorite dinners to make. Chicken breast stuffed with danish bacon and cheddar cheese in a creamy vodka sauce with deep fried mushroom ravioli on the side. Boneless breaded pork chops with hot peppers and melted feta cheese on top with a side of potato croquettes. Hot and spicy meatloaf with bowties and green peas in a lemon butter sauce on the side. As for baking that is another story. I let Karen handle that.

Last thing I cooked was bacon on Christmas.

Cooked some tea this morning, and in a couple hours I'm gonna cook a TV dinner.

I'm gonna be pretty confused when I start living on my own, then it'll be time to learn or get married.
