Well for the past week, i have been getting sleeps less and less...the total hours of sleeps i've got for the whole week last week added up to like 16 hours for the total week...i know it is unhealthy and all but i just can't sleep...and it continues this week...so far monday night i've only gotten 2 1/2 hours of sleep...i was up until 6 AM and had set my alarm for school at 8:30 AM...and right now it is almost 3 AM and i don't feel sleepy at all...and i'm going to have to wake up at 8:30 for school also...what should i do guys? should i go and talk to my doctor? sleeping pills? anything to help...appreciate it!

Masturbation as mentioned above works well also smoking weed helps alot. Smoke a fat bowl or two of some "at least" mid-grade marijuana and you will be out within 30 mins. Just sit back and check out a movie or combine both and beat off to a porn while you are stoned, if that doesnt knock you out nothing else will.
