Default K-Mart to merg with Sears?
From the latest information I have, K-Mart and Sears are going merg and become one company. But K-Mart stores will stay K-Mart stores and Sears stores will stay Sars stores. But I guess any new stores will be called Sears-Mart.

I know the local Sears isn't doing well and K-Mart is doing about as bad as they're going to.

I think the company will tank 10 years after the mereger is complete.

I can't stand either store. They both smell like popcorn and vomit. They're both going bankrupt and they both won't last much longer anyway. Expect to see plenty of their stores to close up as they restructure.

Our Sears store, after taking out their paint department and moving everything around, still gets about as much business as it did before. K-mart has maybe 15-20 cars at most parked in their lot on the weekends. They'll both go down the hole after awhile.
