confused Fallacy of the "Hate Speech" Argument

When any side of the party throws the term "hate speech" into any argument, in order to win the argument, the phrase becomes a fallacy or an erroneous belief. Why? Because you can twist the meaning of "hate" at any negative expression that the arguer is presenting. Both parties in any argument are guilty of "hate speech" once a negative gesture of word/s spoken is made.

When someone strongly disagrees with the other and it becomes an argument, doesn't that become hate speech? When you disagree, it's because "hate" the other person's point of view, this is why people argue. When someone makes fun of another person's remark, view, expression, action, or reaction is that not a form of hate?

Of course making political remarks that are made to make disingenuous feelings towards any other person because of their race, political beliefs, religious beliefs, and/or sexual beliefs are also known as hate speech. Every one of us has strong feelings towards any one or more of these topics. When you oppose someone because of his or her race, political beliefs, religious beliefs, and/or sexual beliefs, it's because you hate what they do or are.

And if you hate someone purely because of their race, it's simply means you are a dick.

Fear... fear leads to anger.
Anger leads to hate.
Hate leads to voting for John Kerry, because hate blinds you.
John Kerry as president leads to suffering.
