Default Playing God *mwuhahahahahahaha*

An often used argument against scientific progress, is stating that someone is "Playing God", but is there really something wrong with that?

Would you say that depends on who God is and how well you play him?

For an instance, if God is like the bible describes him, do you see anything wrong with imitating him, as long as you do it well?

Assuming that God is an omni-benevolent being that created humans, what´s wrong with doing the same by cloning a human being? In fact, aren't we allready doing this, just by having babies?

What else do we do that is refered to as playing God and is this behaviour ethical?

No we arent Cloning human beings by having babies. If you want to tlk Bible in the Bible it says be Frutiful and multiply. Cloning is not multiplying. Cloning is trying to find something that you think is totally perfect and copying it.

Playing God can go alot with alot of the medical profession. Look at Dr Kavorkian was he not playing God in assisting Suicides. There is a time for everything including dying and that may not be how we want to die but its all in Gods hands. God gave us the ability to make choices when he Created us, its what we do with those and how we live by his words that determines if its ethical. Everyone has different views on ethical.
