Default Gain muscle for wrestling?

I am 14 I wrestle 103 I'm ranked 3rd in north Carolina and 12th in the nation, I am very strong and I am tall but most people I'm my weight class have bigger muscles then me and I need to biuld into my wheight class fast I need to find a safe formula to increase muscle mass, and not make me gain a lot of weight? Help please

Fatty meats. But one thing im gonna say is how big they look doesnt matter. I do krav maga and i barely have any arm muscle and we had to wrestle a stick off people and i was paired with a really muscly guy and i won. Why? Because i was stronger but he looked more impressive.

Try eating more protein. If you Wrestle then your getting a good workout, which is like lifting weights. When you get home, be sure and eat lots of protein.















Remember that protein builds muscle, and sugar eats muscle.
