Default Was Jeff Jarrett responsible for the fall of WCW?

Because on the Rise/Fall of WCW DVD, Vince Co couldn't help themselves but take shots at Jarrett for being WCW champion in the later years. Saying he couldn't draw anything.

I don't agree with the statements but how exactly is Jarrett at fault when all he did was follow orders from the bookers like Vince Russo.

Because slap nuts was never good enough to be the main event....he just played politics to get to the top spot.

Facts:

*Oklahoma character becoming women's champion

*Mike Awesome that 70's guy

*Kevin Nash champion

*Russo as champion

*David Arquette as champion

*Juvi vs Jushin Lyger

*Finger Poke of Doom

*nWo growing too big and had too many splinter groups

*Vince Russo shoots that never followed up with said comments

*Jeff Jarrett winning World Title 3 or 4 times a month

*World Title switching hands Two Times Two Times during one episode of Nitro

All made Nitro, Thunder, Saturday Nite unwatchable....there is a limit to where shock tactics have no value or don't work.

The Real Reason:

1. payroll was too high

2. AOL Time Warner fired Ted Turner

3. with no backing from the office WCW died

WWF developed new talent while WCW lived in the past thinking 40-50 year old guys could still draw.....nWo never lost. So now with the perceived glass ceiling becoming a reality why should mid-card talent like The Radicals stay in WCW?
