This is one of those depends on where it takes place things. Do you mean this as a Triple Threat or as Daizee Haze and Sara Del Rey vs Lay Cool?

In the WWE, Layla or Lay Cool would win. Because of the WWE's stance that indy wrestlers are inferior to the WWE entertainers, this really wouldn't be much of a contest (and series). Haze and (especially) Del Rey would get in some of their moves, which Layla or Lay Cool would absorb, then the veterans (Layla or Lay Cool) would out-think, out-smart, and out-wrestle the indy wannabes. Haze would be the jobber in this series.

Anywhere else, Haze and Del Rey would win. Haze is a much better wrestler than either Layla or McCool and her speed would leave those two in her dust. Sara Del Rey is a beast. She would overpower Layla and McCool and just beat them senseless. It would be like watching the Hart Foundation (Bret and Neidhart) take on The Brooklyn Brawler and Mideon, especially considering that Haze and Del Rey would have something to prove in this series (that indy wrestlers are not inferior to WWE entertainers).
