How would you know? You probably weren't even around during the Attitude Era.

I'm pretty sick and tired of the comparisons... yes, The Rock, Mr. McMahon, Stone Cold, DX, and NWO were awesome to watch and were very entertaining, but its over, and has been for a decade.

I was only 6 at the time so I don't remember much. I only remember alot of swearing violence and tight ass storylines.

1. Everyone on the card was relevant, and received a reaction from the crowd. From Bob Holly to Stone Cold. From Gillberg to The Rock.....everyone meant something to the crowd.

2. There was a great amount of tension during the war between WWF and WCW. Both sides constantly took shots at each other and hired each others talents.....which created a very exciting time to be a wrestling fan.

3. Vince knew how to give his fans what they wanted to see.

4. Al Snow.....no explanation needed.

5. Legends were created. The likes of Triple H, The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Mick Foley. As big as stars like Orton and Cena are today.....they will never reach the levels like the stars of the Attitude Era reached.

6. Wrestling in general was the cool thing at the time. Everyone watched it, which was something when every Tuesday, kids would go to school and the first thing they would talk about was what happened on Raw/Nitro. You don't get that today.....most WWE fans are embarrassed to admit they still watch the WWE.

7. It was unpredictable. Maybe it was because it was all live, maybe it was because I was a kid, maybe it was because the internet was nowhere near the size it is today. But you had to tune in every week, just to see what was going to happen.

8. You could relate to most of the talent in one way or another. Who couldn't identify with Austin? The tough guy who took no shit from anyone, and fought against anything that held him back? Look at the PG era of today.....how can anyone relate to a character like Orton? He is a comic book villain with no human characteristics.

9. The talent was allowed to be themselves. They did not have to read from the same scripts every week. Which created lots of memorable personalities, and promos.

10. They actually had tag teams. I have always enjoyed tag team wrestling, often more so than singles wrestling. During those days, I would have chosen any Edge and Christian vs The Dudley Boy'z match over ANY Austin or The Rock match. Compare the likes of EC, The Hardy'z, The Dudley'z, The New Age Outlaws, The APA!!! Now compare those guys to the current tag team champs, or any tag team in WWE right now. I don't think I need to go any further...
