Flair. He was more of a wrestler. Sting only had a few moves.

Flair was the better wrestler, but Sting was more popular and feared.

His feud with Hogan led to WCW's highest buy rate ever at Starrcade 1997

In the 80's Flair was THE star. Only Dusty Rhodes came close to him.































In the very early 90's Flair sort of passed the torch to Sting and within a couple of years Sting was WCW's biggest star (until Hogan came in, that is). WCW commentators even called Sting the Franchise on TV.































Flair was the better wrestler of the two, but Sting pretty much matched him in every other way (gimmick, charisma, mic skills, etc).
