No. Having already seen him wrestle in OVW as the Prototype, I was not impressed with him and I'm still not.

Oh Yes I did. He took Kurt to the limit. Even Undertaker was impressed.

Yes, he didn't let Angle walk over him. It was quite obvious from the start Cena was going to be a big impact on the company. You can see it sometimes... like I bet you someone like Gabriel will have a massive impact in the future. It was obvious when Orton came in that he would be a big impact as he is practically royalty based on being third generation... same can be said for Ted Dibiase Jnr and Cody Rhodes (although apparently Vince isn't a big fan of Cody's so maybe not). But you could tell with Cena because of the match he gave Kurt Angle, a top carder, usually low carders/rookies just get smashed.
