It depends on your age. Also, losing more than 2-3 pounds a week is dangerous. If you are under 18, you shouldn't diet without a doctor's help, because it is dangerous (brain and body still developing).

We need more information to give you safe answers. I really recommend you see a doctor or nutritionist (or personal trainer who has good credentials).

oh boy this is gonna be tough... u just gotta run run run. I also would suggest going a couple days without eating. I know it might seem harsh, but when I was wrestling, the best thing that helped me was just to shrink my stomach for the whole season by doing that.

it can be done very easily my friend. whatever you do, do not cut back any liquids until 24hrs prior to weigh-ins. until then, drink AS MUCH water as often as you can. this will help prevent hunger, making your body feel full.

as far as eating, you need to start eating small meals. rather than have 3 big meals a day, start eating 5 much smaller meals. this is essential too speed up your metabolism. also, make an effort to get about 2 to 3 extra cardio workouts outside of wrestling practice. when lifting weights, do more reps with less weight (sets of about 12).

if you can get within 8 pounds 24 hrs before weigh ins, you should have no problem dropping the rest within two practices worth of sweat. i suggest pediolite for after weigh ins to help hydration. good luck my friend! i kno exactly wat ur going through!
