He absolutely should. His Razor Ramon had more personality than Shawn Michaels ever had. Also His















finisher is used by sheamus but his version was better. Also, It wouldn't have been the NWO without him















in it. He was the face of the old WWF which explains why they are waiting for all there former wrestlers















to die of heart attacks so people will forget about them.

Don't Joke about stuff like this. He is a legend in this business and truly deserves to be a Hall of Famer. He maybe a drunk (then again what wrestler hasn't gotten drunk or tipsy at least once in their career??), but he is a legend. He is proof you don't have to win any major titles to be a great wrestler! I think WWE might never put him in the Hall of Fame, but at least they need to give him some recognition for giving his blood, sweat, and tears to this business!
