Default did these things lead to the downfall of WCW?

1.poor resolution of wolfpac vs NWO storyline (fingerpoke of doom)

2.Goldberg getting buried (beatdown by NWO then no second title reign)

3.No Hogan vs Hart match (this was a dream match which WCW never delievered)

No hogan said in the media before he joined tna that wcw owner ted Turner the owner of wcw, Tuner classic movies on cable that did show wcw wrestling was in big money trouble and owed a few bills. then ted Tuner Solid hes classics movie channel on cable then the new owners did not want wrestling on there new movies channel so was talked about to end wcw with vince at the wwe had made an offer to ted Tuner he said YES sadly within weeks vince folded wcw but keep there wcw wold titles witch the wwe is now merging with the wwe belts that's quite sad thinking of all the wcw s great past wrestlers have held them great belts unlike the way the wwe has treated them that's why the tna was started trough jeff jarrred, dixie why hogan bischoff came to them they see a lot of wcw within tna since ecw was pushed aside by the wwe as well its helping tna as we see whats now happen lots wanna wrestle in tna . its easy wcw was in money touble vince brought wcw then not lomg after folded it thats why wwe has the world title belt for it was wcw first. i heard hogan say that in the media from hes own words.

True, all those things hurt WCW, plus, putting the world title around David Arquette and Vince Russo, pushing David Flair as a wrestler, and giving Vampiro and Billy Kidman pushes by having them go against stars way out of their leagues like Sting and Hulk Hogan also hurt WCW, to the point it just couldn't recover, turning the company into a joke!

None of those things led to the downfall of WCW. In fact, nothing that we saw on TV had anything to do with the downfall. It was a business decision. That's what took down WCW.

Those things you mentioned plus many other bad story lines. In the end WCW had the bad ratings and eventually went broke.

In fact, contradictory to 2, one of the reasons for WCW's downfall was having Goldberg come and sh*t over all their main-eventers in 5-minute squash-matches which ended one-dimensionally with a spear and a jackhammer after Goldberg was done with his spitting. Another reason was Kevin Nash's poor booking qualities - Bishoff should have never given him booking power. Nash was just not creative.
