Do the opposite of what Superior Quality does and don't eat tacos, burritos, and nachos

Well, it really depends on what weight you are going, your height, and if you are setting reasonable goals. Assuming that it is your last year wrestling in high school and that you are an ALL STAR WRESTLER, then I would guess that you want to cut weight to gain the advatange. What I would do is run about 4 miles and time it. From there, you can set goals on your endurance, speed, or even agility in some cases. Another good way is to go to empty stadiums and run up and down the stairs for half an hour to build up a sweat since that builds up the muscles in your legs and strengthens your core. Also, If you want to lose a good amount of weight, I would run inside a gym and wear some sweatshirts and sweatpants. Going as far as wearing things like trash bags will probably cause some concern to the employees at the gym. Afterwards you can always use the steam room or sauna to work out the water weight.

I'm also sure you are familiar with lifting weights, which you should be doing on a daily basis also. Work out, then do the cardio because it maximizes fat burned, and on top of the sauna, you should be good for whatever weight you desire.

Remeber, nutrition wise, you should be having a lot of protein and carbs because you will quickly burn it off and gain lean muscle. Things like roasted peanuts, egg whites, griled chicken breast and more should be in your diet.

Good luck.
