Default Who has had the Loudest Reaction (Good or Bad) in WWE History?

I say WWE because they have a much larger live fan attendance, therefore there are more noises from the fans.

Who has had the loudest reaction (any type) from the fans?

It's debatable. Unless you were actually there it's hard to tell from separate videos. Triple H's return in 2002 definitely has a chance. Especially when he steps onto the stage.

Hogan, when he was at the peak of his career.

he was a frickin pop icon who was globaly popular.

No wrestler has ever achieved the magnitude of fame he has.

i do not support, or am a fan of hogans, but he was undiniably one of the most famous and loved people in the whole entertainment buissness (not just wrestling) in the late 80s and early 90s.

when they took the angle as hogan representing america, against guys like the shiek, kolov, slaughter (turned traitor) and other foriegn wrestlers, every fan in the areana was cheering hogan.

that doesnt happen today. any wrestler nomatter how popular is gonna get a share of the audience booing them. i doesnt matter if its HBK, Rock, austin, HHH, Taker, Cena or any other of the most popular wretlers of the last 15 years. none of them drew the reaction hogan got.

he didnt get his ledgendary status from his in the ring skills (obviously).

Hulk Hogan. He wasn't a great wrestler, but somehow managed to pull off great matches with more or less equal opponents in terms of wrestling ability like The Ultimate Warrior. His match against Sgt. Slaughter for the WWF Championship was an excellent angle, especially during the point where Sgt. Slaughter burnt down the American flag; it, more than anything in my opinion, enabled the crowd to relentlessly cheer for Hogan.

This isn't the only 5-star match Hogan has had, however. While it's true most of them were just good in storyline, Hogan has had great matches as seen on his box sets like Hulk Hogan: The Ultimate Anthology, which I bought with the bonus disc a few years back and didn't regret. Some of his great matches were contributed to the other wrestler making him look good, but great matches no less.

Hogan is the face of a generation, more so than Cena and more so than anyone else to have ever competed in the WWF/E, regardless of his in-ring wrestling ability or lack thereof, you can't deny the man has made Vince McMahon a ton of money.

Definitely John Cena. Have you heard the crowd when he enters the arena?

I would have to go with Stone Cold. As soon as the glass broke, the crowds always went wild. Even though Stone Cold is retired, he still gets the same reaction when he makes his random appearances.

Either Rock,Stone Cold or Hogan-

But Stone Cold always got the loudest crowd reactions. JR once said in an interview We had to make his theme louder because the crowd was too loud. And look up Stone Cold saves team WWF. Right before the glass shattered ther were chanting Austin! then the glass broke and they went nuts.
