Think carefully, of the Boo's vs Cheers, and how they reacted to their appearances, etc.

No, Rock can't compare to Hogan's reactions.

Hogan had over 90,000 people universally cheering for him.

The Rock has big reactions, but say, Undertaker and HBK, for example, have had louder. I don't know why people overrate Rocky so much when it's known he is up there with the reactions.

I would say Hulk Hogan during his prime. Not the Hollywood Hogan, but when people would hear Hogan's music come on during the 80's-mid 90's, there was nothing like it (except maybe The Rock).

Hogan. Andre got loud reactions, but Hogan got LOUD REACTIONS. There are top guys, then there are guys that are beyond top guys. Hogan is one of those guys

I think adjusted for the era in which they were in their Prime you have give it to Andre...

you cannot compare directly because Andre was during the Territory Era, while Hulk was the Poster boy for Vince Jr's Juggernaut

the arenas got bigger the crowds got bigger so clearly the pops would be bigger too

It's definitely Hogan, I mean Andre was a great attraction due to his size, when he walked in EVERYONE wanted to look because of how different big he was, where as with Hogan it was for a slightly different reason, his pure popularity how he was marketed as this whole 'Real American' theme in the 80's - mid 90's (The best era in Wrestling).

Hogan was also an attraction in regards to his size too (He had the biggest arms in the business) but when he came into the arena, be it for a match, interference or a Royal Rumble entry, the reactions were huge, much bigger than Andre's cheers or jeers.

Hogan got the loudest reactions but only because ppl like Andre the giant accepted he was the future of wrestling even Hogan will say if it wasn't for Andre telling him to body slam him in Wrestle-mania hogan wouldn't have had the career he has had
