Chris Benoit (let's not think about what he did outside of the ring that night, what he did was wrong and cowardly) But he was one of the best pure wrestlers on the damn planet.

It would depend on defenition of best. Some could argue chris beniot who introduce new moves and some other fancy stuff to wrestling. But I would say Brett Hart because he was a better person, was a real wrestler that actual competed while beniot went straight to the entertainment wrestling. He also was a real man being able to wear pink. Finally he has done more for the buisness than Chris has ever done.

In terms of pure in-ring abilities, I'd have to say that it's Benoit. The Dungeon doesn't teach you how to talk. Otherwise, I would have chosen Jericho as the better overall performer.
