I don't think a lot of them have the time or resources to when they spend most of their time on the road. WWE Superstars travel a minimum of four days a week; over half of the year. I think that they mainly eat at restaurants (John Cena has even said that he mostly eats McDonald's on the road - thank you, old Five Questions segments), which can't be the healthiest, so I think they just really work hard in the gym to keep their physiques.
