I would say Mick Foley. He was very entertaining as all his personas(cactus jack, dude love, and my personal favorite, mankind) . Hell in a cell with undertaker was bad ass. The pain he actually endured was also pretty impressive. Mr. Socko, enough said.

This is really tough.

There are a few possible names -

1. Ric Flair

2. Shawn Michaels

3. Kurt Angle

4. Stone Cold Steve Austin

5. Hulk Hogan

Flair.

Flair is the greatest heel in wrestling history. His career has spanned 5 decades so far. At his best he had great in ring wrestling skills (remember back in the 80s there were not ultra technical guys like Benoit or Angle). He wrestled dozens of 60 minute matches with guys like Harley Race and Dusty Rhodes. 18 world championships. Numerous tag team championships. Leader of the Horsemen. Most charismatic wrestler ever.

Michaels

Great in a multitude of wrestling styles, extremely charismatic, great as a face and heel.

Angle

Best technical wrestler ever. BUT also great on the mic and great at playing the crowd. Great as face or heel.

Austin

Greatest on the mic of his time. Incredibly popular and over.

Hogan

Rubbish wrestler, but still the biggest draw of all time
