I got to give it to Brock for the Shooting Star Press at WM 19. Not only did he do it on the grandest stage and mess up the ending, but I thought he killed himself

Worst botch for me was Owen Harts pile driver on Stone Cold not because it was blatant(really it didn't look like a botch at all the only way you could tell was stone cold not being able to do anything after), but because of what happened as a result of it. Steve was never able to be as good as he was in the ring and its a shame as stunning steve and that first year as Stone Cold he was a really good in ring performer. And also I feel him not being able to be in the ring and having to showcase his character more through promos, it turned his character into a parody of itself. He just became a drunken redneck with a drinking problem after that WHAT?!?!?.

His character was never good again till his heel turn in 2001 but that eventually got screwed up and sadly his in ring work wasn't there with the heel turn.

So just for what it did to Steve is why its the worst IMO.

BQ: Don't watch wwe weekly anymore

BQ2: Jack evans or he used too.

Sid Vicious leg injury. Was proper nasty.

BQ: The Miz. At the moment only one person is needed to fill in. They have John Cena, John Morrison, R-Truth, Bret Hart, Edge and Chris Jericho.

BQ2: Jackie Gayda - even if she wasn't around for that long. She was still a terrible wrestler, if you can even call her one.

The All time Botcher is Sabu. Nothing spectacular from him, but just consistently. My favourite all time botch has to be the entire Hogan vs. HBK match at Summerslam 2005.

Joey Mercury hit in the eye, in that ladder match. That was bad.

BQ: Rated Y2J is back in the team so its one spot left and that is Khali's who got injured. His place will probably be taken by the Miz

The Great Khali's Flapjack on Brian Ong in All Pro Wrestling. This ended up killing Brian.

Here's how it was in Wikipedia: On 28 May 2001, Brian Ong died after receiving a flapjack from Singh. Ong had suffered a previous concussion during the session, but the trainers gave him a lower evaluation for not avoiding injuries and told him to continue training. In addition, it was proven that Ong did not receive protective gear or supervision by All Pro Wrestling (APW) staff. This second concussion ultimately proved fatal for him. As Singh inadvertently caused his death, Ong's family brought a lawsuit against APW. APW was found liable for recklessness after less than a day of deliberations, awarding the Ong family for damages of over $1.3 million.

BQ: There's only one now, I think, and Triple H will return and join Team WWE

BQ2: Batista
