Well, I don't know if he did or didn't, you could say Jeff has had plenty of issues in the Past, with drugs, and that he isn't as Loyal as Matt has been to WWE, Jeff is consider the Charismatic Enigma, and is quite popular, personally, I think Matt is the better Hardy Brother, but I'm sure he is happy for Jeff, and Jeff's Success, I'm not going to judge either one, both are great and unique in their own ways, Hopefully Matt will one day get a World Title Reign, other than the Short Stint he had with the ECW Championship, and get a chance to prove himself to the Wrestling World!

The ECW Championship was officially recognised as a world heavyweight championship. Therefore, Matt Hardy won a world title before his brother.

NO. Nothing against Jeff, but Matt was better, before starting to gain weight and not lose it that is.
