I always liked Dustin, even pre Goldust in WCW as 'The Natural' Dustin Rhodes. Dustin was not as good on the mic as his father as 'The Natural', but he also held his own and was better than many other 2nd generation stars. Barry Windham was awful on the mic and compared to his father, was even worse. Goldust in 1995/96 was one of Vince's best creations. It was a total mind screw and about two years ahead of it's time. I think he's had a pretty good career and many people grew to love the Goldust gimmick, and just Dustin all around. His matches in WCW with Austin and Arn Anderson were some of his best matches.

He's already been in both WWE and TNA. He's been everywhere. If he can't work in the big two anymore he should just do indies

I think he is a good worker. Many people may not like him, but I think he is better than most of the people on the roster. He can work a good match even though he isn't getting a good push.

Awh...I think he fouled up with his The Artist Formally Known As GoldDust...WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT ALL ABOUT!!!???!!!

Wearing a g-string in the ring? Breast cups? That messed up his career.

He should do occassional stuff for WWE..he is not really overrated and definitely not underrated. His gimmick is alriight he is a legend and when his career is done he should be a wrestling agent.

EDIT:

I would like to see him and Cody feud before he retire.

i loved his gimmick years ago, but i feel thats he's getting too old and is becoming a bit sloppy. i dont think he can handle it in the big time anymore.

Rhodes has been a very good wrestler for a long time. not quite the most popular, but talented nonetheless. I gotta admit, I didn't see his Goldust gimmick lasting as long as it did. Don't really think I've seen a more bizarre role than that. His character did take a very hilarious turn in 2003 when they did the whole 'electrocution' thing on RAW while he Booker T were teaming up, but I think that was an attempt to salvage his career cause he was going downhill. Him making a comeback recently is something I didn't see coming and I would've liked to see him Cody teaming up, or at least him showing Cody the ropes when he first broke in the business.

BQ - I think he's just fine in the WWE

There is nothing not to like about Dustin, he is not over rated if anything he is under rated. His Golddust gimmick is great and just a little trivia his Gimmick was Dusty's idea and it has served him well. He has done very well in WWE and in TNA as for the indies he may try that at some point.
