many martial arts have similar techniques. As long as it doesn't break any rules (eye gouges, kicking, punching, etc.) it is okay to use

The only good thing that comes in handy for high school wrestling will be your stamina and your technique. Some moves will be easier than others because of your knowledge in kung fu, jiu justu, whatever. I'm sorry I may come off as mean, but my wrestling partner my freshman year of high school did jiu justzu before wrestling, and he thought he could do anything and he was so tough, but in reality, that's not how it will work. You'll have the stamina and the reaction time, but that's just about it. I can't really tell you, since all I know is amateur.

No, then it wouldn't be amateur wrestling, it would be Mixed Martial Arts.
