Is it CMLL? NJPW? AJPW? Pro Wrestling NOAH? RoH?

Mostly any unknown promotions, don't answer with any mainstream promotions that are on SpikeTV or even USA, those don't count

lol. Before opening question details I was already thinking NJPW, AJPW, and Noah. ANY japanese puro federation shows more wrestling skills than US mainstream promotions.

Thing is, I don't necessarily think wrestling is better.. A lot of moves in american wrestling ARE japanese moves (wrestlers trained in Japan). 619 = Tiger Feint Kick japan , lariat=japanese, Kendricks's Slice Bread Number 2 = shiranui (Japanese) Shooting Star Press innovated by Jushin Liger, Go to sleep innovated by KENTA etc.

To me the reason why japanese wrestling and indies SHOW better wrestling, is not because of having better wrestlers: is because american TV bans half their moves so they aren't able to show their full potential. Evan Bourne as an example. Sure, you may like his WWE character, but he is NOTHING compared to Matt Sydal on the indies!! Same in Japan, guys like Funaki are fantastic wrestlers.(watch original Kai en tai) But they get mistreated, misused and fired on WWE.

Indies and Japan puro will always be better, simply because wrestling is a lot less inhibited and wrestlers can perform to their full.
