He is not returning. The WWE dont't want drug dealers. They have a wellness policy that clearly works.

not likely

He left WWE of his own accord, so he's not seeking them out, and despite reports saying most charges have been dropped, he's still facing 5-6 counts in NC Court... as long as they're pending WWE won't seek him out

so neither is looking to the other for an offer so if neither wants it won't happen

Is every one here avoiding the fact that hes on TNA wrestling along with mr kennedy? I swear if kids knew where jeff hardy had gone wwe would lose half its audience.Seems like alot of people here have to much pride to admit that small detail , hes under contract with tna and is very happy there. That is straight from his mouth.

News is, there is no news. Jeff Hardy is in TNA, enjoying life and wrestling there, he seems to be very happy there so I wouldn't expect a transfer anytime soon

Nobody even knows if he's going to prison or not, hopefully he doesn't but i still don't reckon he will end up in WWE again.

Right after Hogan, Flair, Angle, Bischoff, Nash, Hall, RVD, Foley, and Sting do.

People answering on here are correct, he may very well be going to prison. Some of the charges have been dropped and consolidated, but one big felony of trafficking opium still remains. If the original charges are files, I would say expect 16-36 months in prison. If it is just the opium charge, anywhere from probation to 14 months.

Now as for will he return to the WWE, please remember, that the WWE did offer him a contract, for more money than TNA, and working less dates (similar to the deal Shawn Michaels had), so he had time to sort out his legal issues. Jeff Hardy turned them down so he could try a new direction for a while. I do see in a few years him returning, but not for a while.
