Default What is your favourite Wrestling Maneuver?

Finisher, Signature or basic move.

Mine is the Tombstone Piledriver.

When The Undertaker does his cut throat gesture, you know the match is about to end (unless there is an altercation of some sorts). The Tombstone Piledriver has been basically incapacitating opponents for the past 20 years and whether big or small you can guarantee they?re not safe from a possible Tombstone Piledriver. Ask people like A-Train, Mark Henry or even The Great Khali what it?s like for somebody to just flip you upside down. Over the past 20 years, an astonishing number of people have kicked out of the Tombstone. When I say astonishing, I?m not kidding. Only a select number of people have kicked out of the Tombstone; Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels, Kane, Ultimate Warrior, Edge, Batista and Mick Foley.

So, here are the quick statistics: In 20 years, only 7 superstars have had the privilege of The Undertaker telling them to kick out of the Tombstone. That is about 1 superstar kicking out every 3 years, if you were to think of it as a ratio.

It looks deadly. It is one of the moves where, if you have the chance to pull it off, you could cut somebody?s head wide open or even knock them unconscious. It looks even better when he leaps. There are so many who have fallen victim but there are a few of my favorites that I?ll share.

Owen Hart: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DxD37Ao6Qyo The Undertaker leaped into mid air and drove Owens? head to the canvas. Wow.

The Rock: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WS6DneQAuI you could literally hear The Rock?s head land on the metal roof of the car. And, my favorite Tombstone of all;

Shawn Michaels: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8f7TF6x3XY Undertaker picked him up and flipped him upside down (a 225lb/85kg man) and jumped into Mid Air with him, and still managed to keep the move safe. He hadn?t done a leaping Tombstone in about 8+ years.

So with the data I?ve provided, and the visual examples I?ve set, how can you honestly say that the Tombstone Piledriver is a horrible move when it doesn?t look completely fake or weak (such as the Brain Chop or Attitude Adjustment)? I think the Tombstone is the greatest finisher, and it is very unique. You have common finishers (like a super kick or a variation of a power bomb) but how many superstars do the Tombstone today?

The Go 2 Sleep. Honestly, that move is one of the hardest to pull off safely. And that is what makes it such a devastating move. The knee to the skull is just brutal.

Codebreaker or RKO.

Both of these moves can be hit out of nowhere, and that is what makes them dangerous. they look good too.

Gee I have tons!

My favorite is probably Jeff Hardy's Swanton Bomb or Shawn Michaels's Moonsault. I get excited everytime they do that cause you know if they land it, they've won.
