Gail Kim. She had a longer and more successful run in TNA, even main eventing Impact in the first ever womens main event. Tara just looked out of place in TNA and everyone thought of her still as Victoria anyways. The spider gimmick didn't really help her either

Gail Kim because she was the first Knockout s champ. Tara will be remembered as Victoria from WWE

Gail Kim.

Gail Kim was THE face of the knockouts division. Gail Kim along with Awesome Kong were practically the representatives of the wrestling in the knockouts division. In TNA, Gail Kim was the most popular female athlete by far and helped the knockouts division earn fame. She's the one that provided some of the best matches in the knockouts division and she can be considered an icon of the knockouts division in TNA.

Tara had a rather short and unmemorable stint in TNA. None of her matches or accomplishments were meaningful or memorable. Her reigns as the Knockouts Champion were short and she didn't have much of an impact on the division overall.

Gail Kim. I think what makes her more memorable is that she was the first real knockout who had epic battles against Awesome Kong and dispite her small body frame was still able to hold her own against the giant. She was also the very first Knockouts champion and pretty much headed the knockouts division for months. Tara on the other hand cemented her reputation in WWE and even to this day people refer to her as victoria not Tara. While Tara has had some huge battles with the beautiful people and Daffney she never really outshun any other knockout. She is skilled there's no denying that but if you were to rate the matches that both Gail Kim and Tara had in TNA I think Gail would come out on top.
