he is not gone. it is part of the story line. wwe is stupid to let a multiple time champion to go so it is part of a storyline.

NO, there's no chance of that happening. Batista is going to retire for a while

and make movies in hollywood. He's 41 years of age tna wrestling cant afford

to pay Batista's salary compared to what they pay him in the wwe tna pays

very little compared to wwe and one of Batista's concerns and complaints in

wwe was over money he wanted to get paid more than what he was currently

earning so there's no way of that happening he might come back to wwe later

in the future he needs to take some time off and think about his wwe career.

According to all of the news I've been reading online Batista was scheduled

to leave after Over the Limit in the wikipedia it says Former wwe wrestler.

He lost the match plain and simple there was no way they were going to let

him win if he was leaving after Over The Limit anyway he's a retired wrestler.

It was legit. Batista has decided to leave WWE to pursue an acting career reportedly. Whether he?ll return or not is unsure.

Yes he quit, but there's a debate whether this is just a storyline, or if it's for real.

Highly doubtful that its true. According to rumors online the entire reason that Mickie James was released was because she and Batista got in a fight overseas, where Undertaker actually had to step in to try to calm Batista down. Batista was so angry over the confrontation with James that he was threatening to quit if she wasn't released.

She was released.

So why would Batista quit a month later? Seems improbable.

Further more, WWE always releases a press statement when they have released someone, wishing them the best in their future endeavors. Carlito was just released last week, there is a press statement for his release and the reason why he was released. There is no press statement about Batista being released/quitting.

It would be a stupid move on Batista's part to quit anyway, he is at the height of his popularity and this new bad guy storyline of his has gotten a lot of fans slobbering over themselves. This is what a good storyline is made of. Batista has no reason to quit. He may be taking time off like Triple H is to film a movie, or do something else; but considering he and most of those guys on WWE work every single day.. they do deserve some time off here or there. Triple H just had a baby with Stephanie, and he didn't take off any significant time for that, so he was due some time off. Batista has been working his ass off as well, I say good for him if he is getting a little rest or shooting a movie. Cena got off plenty of time to shoot his stupid movies, give Batista his time to do what HE wants to do!

And it would be stupid on WWE's part to allow Batista to quit, or to release him, since he is at his height of popularity and could only go further. It would be like WWE releasing Cena or Sheamus right now, as long as they don't violate the WWE Wellness program (like Carlito did), it would be a colossal mistake.

Who could WWE get to replace Batista, Daniel Bryan?
