I've think you had missed read the story line completely drew is going to be staying on smack down because tiffany is on their his actual wife. (they end up getting married a while ago while ecw was still active). drew is going to be brought back by mr mcmahon which means drew and vince are going to be working together on smack down once drew has returned that if tiffany does not want to be move to raw again.

bret hart will not win the United states tittle if he does it be a short run his contract is p anyways so it be pointless so see bret hart as united states champion if he only got something like 4 weeks left he is mostly leaving after over the limits ppv. so bret hart won't win the tittle drew stays on smack down and possible storyline to get teddy long fired.
