IMO, yes. I was really dissapointed with the announcing for Taker Michaels 2. The commentating is the reason I feel that last years match was better. JR had some awesome and memorable lines in that match; chokeslams, last rides, tombstones...and a kick out, and a kick out, and a kick out. I mean JR just gives you that special feeling and main event feel out of certain matches and it was ahame we were forced to hear cole, striker and lawler call this fantastic match. It took away some of the specialness and drama that this match had for me. It was hbk's last freakin match and JR was not there to do it justice. It would have added so much more to this match and would have made it that more memorable. I was dissapointed at the end of the match as i felt there was no propper send of for the magnificient and incomperable career of hbk. At the end we got to hear king say hbk's career is over and the he whispered and subtlety said we will miss him. It was crap and I really wish JR was there to call the match between 2 of the biggest legends and all time greats that the industry has ever seen. They really need to get him back at ringside.

What do u think?

You're right. But the crowd also sucked. They were sleeping except in the WWE Title match.

I agree 100%.i was praying the whole WM for J.R to come out before the HBK taker match. The commentating sucked not only for the HBK Taker match, but the whole show.I could imagine what J.R would've had to say at the end of that classic. Also when Taker tombstoned HBK on the outside,i could hear (in my mind) Ross screaming GOOD LORD!Jim Ross rules

Rockerman is a fucking handicap

The Commentating was great last night in my opinion.Jim Ross would have made it better but I thought it was pretty good. The only reason I wanted Ross was to see his bells pasly face.Michael Cole did a good job last night and I think he gets way too much stick. They should have defenitely tried to get JBL to comment instead of Matt Striker then it would have been great

totally agree with you on that one. I missed JR so much and was very disappointed that he wasn't at the PPV. Michael Cole really sucked big time during that match not to mention how many mistakes he made during the entire PPV. it like he's not even watching.

even in Bret's match he was very calm like nothing is happening.

if JR was the announcer, the PPV would have been a lot more better and historic.

I totally agree! JR should have been there along side the King and do the commentating for the matches. It would of been a slobberknocker kind of night! I also think they should of had the Fink do all the superstar introductions during their entrances. I liked the way he announced the Undertaker with his deep voice in the past and should of done it during his match at Wrestlemania! ( It's cool and nostalgic) I watched the entire PPV lastnight and noticed how quiet the fans were during the matches except the main event! None of the entrances got a huge pop from the fans it seemed like to me! I wonder if they plan on doing a final farewell to HBK tonight on Raw?
