They gained mine. They proved that they can still put on amazing matches and push the younger stars. Ex: Swagger wins MITB, Cena vs Batista was better than expected, Taker vs HBK delivered, Sheamus proved he is main event material.

Personally, I think they need to improve their tv shows.

no everything was so predictable the only true shocker was swagger winning mitb and possibly jericho beating edge and btw wth was the point of bringing edge back so soon if he was going to loose that make the program he ran with jericho pointless.

Yes, in my opinion! they got a huge attendance and all the matches were amazing just like every other mania apart from wm 22 which was shit! although mania is always amazing so i'm not sure about the gaining more respect thing...

There were ups and downs, ups were for me Batista v Cena Orton v Dibiase v Rhodes

Standard matches were Undertaker v Michaels probably worse than last year, Jericho v Edge was very good as expected, HHH v Sheamus just very ordinary

Below Average Mysterio v Punk too short, Tag Title just a TV match, money in the bank too many involved

Terrible matches Divas match Hart v McMahon which was far too long

you could look at it like that...but a great show once a year is not good enough, i remember when raw got hype like wrestlemania did every monday night. they need to improve there material on raw and smackdown before they get respect from me

Okay good answers but

Sheamus had a match with a great superstar. Pit to upcoming stars, Sheamus + Drew for WWE title, on average, could they always deliver?

Cena vs Batista was good because they decided to make it good. It was a dry ending in my opinion, he could've at least been in the centre of the ring, not half arm reach from the ropes.

Taker vs HBK: No complaints except HBK retired, still it was lose lose either way

Swagger got the push WWE gave up on, he should've cashed in.

Every Mania is good INCLUDING 22.

Sheamus should have won but we should have all known Hunter wouldn't lay down for him.

Batista should have also won in this scenario but it's Cena so what a suprise from the WWE...

Y2J winning was spot on, establishing himself as a true heel and a top guy in the WWE who doesn't win by fluke and lose to the first contender for his title.

MITB - I like Jack Swagger along with his gimmick, has potential to be a good main eventer in the future, right now he doesn't seem like a credible World Champ (that is why Sheamus had to win to prove he was a main eventer and didn't win his reign by fluke and he never won fairly) Should have gone to Matt Hardy then Christian then Swagger/Drew as we all know Kane wouldn't win.

I guess, but I've seen better Wrestlemanias than that, I wanted Matt Hardy to win the MITB though.

I was really impressed, it was a really good one, although I didn't get the PPV, I just refreshed and refreshed WWE's website. I'll catch an update/highlight of it on television this week.
