I think the most strong and dominant at the moment is Mickie, Natalya and Beth. Gail is very good but WWE aren't using her right.

Talent wise? She is definitely one of the most talented divas in the WWE. The divas that match her in skill:

Beth Phoenix

Melina

Gail Kim

After that, most of the divas are models who have been given basic wrestling training.

In my honest opinion, I like Mickie the best, though. I like the fact that she looks like a natural woman, rather than overworking to be super thin. I understand WWE's standpoint that she MAY have gone too far, but I'd rather see a girl that's a bit thick than the rails they've been fronting. What looks more realistic? A girl that's a little thick being able to toss another woman around, or a stickfigure falling off a turnbuckle and not shattering into millions of pieces?

But let's also see the tangibles and intangibles. She is a great actress and speaker, definitely in comparison to MOST of the Divas (Tiffany was very stiff on the mic. Gail, though greatly talented in the ring just can't talk... and don't even get me started on Alicia Fox), and is able to work without a gimmick to get herself over (Noted gimmicks: Jillian Hall, Layla/Michelle, Rosa).

I have to say it. I love Mickie James.
