stubhub.com sells normal WWE Wrestlemania event tickets - but I think that WWE is the only place to purchase a Package

If you want the WWE to take care of the Hotel and give you tickets to the show, then the answer is yes. You could also book your own hotel and flight and buy your tickets or go through a Travel Agent or Ticket Broker. This will be my fourth wrestlemania and I've met fans from all over the world including Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Ireland, Germany, England, Japan, Mexico and Korea. I'm sure a number of them bought travel packages through the WWE. Travel Packages were sold by the WWE through their Web Site for months before tickets for the event were released. If you're buying tickets, I'm sure Ticketmaster can charge the correct amount.
