Default Why does the WWE make wrestling vets start in NXT at the bottom?

What an insult the WWE Is telling them to start all over again. That's disrespectful. Basically they think the guys on the main roster are superior to these wrestling vets. Anyone else take it that way?

Please help.
Thanks!

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
