Tommy had another one of his emotional promos, I think Dixie had some good acting, and the swerve with the knee to the ball was something too.

It would be good if it were going to lead somewhere, but I doubt it will.

Tommy ultimately did what every shoot promoer does, and that's essentially take up the voice of the audience and put the opinion of the masses out on the front line to be known. With that being said, who is Tommy Dreamer to TNA? Nobody. Will he stick around and 'fight the good fight' in the best interest of the product? probably not. Will House of Hardcore invade and take over? I certainly hope not. Has Dixie learned anything from what he's said? It doesn't seem so.

So yeah, thanks Tommy for killing about 10 minutes of TV time that could have been used in the opening bout between King and Young that lasted 3 minutes, or added to the main event, in a show that was already bogged down by gratuitous vignettes and backstage scuttlebutt.

It was very predictable, but - at least - Dreamer was able to bank national publicity for his company. Having Dixie engage is a hostile "takeover" would give the feud a future.
