World Wrestling Entertainment notices Professional Wrestlers from all around the world if they have enough Buzz; Total Nonstop Action only seems to notice those who World Wrestling Entertainment didn't like for example The American Wolves (For Good Reasons).

Well paige, william regal, wade barrett, mason ryan, drew mcintyre etc are there now. If you are good enough and get good work through british promotions, then you will be noticed by other promotions and either then or later wwe.

I think things are better than they ever was for noticing more British talent in the main wrestling companies now. WWE and TNA have held tryouts in the UK for talent when they are over here.

Both companies tour the UK much more than in the past.

There is a extensive list of UK talent to get into WWE and TNA.

From legends like Davey Boy Smith, Dynamite Kid and William Regal and Finlay to more recently picked up talents via the tryout process like

Wade Barrett

Drew McIntyre

Magnus

Rob Terry

Doug Williams

Paul Burchill

Adrian Neville

Desmond Wolfe

Layla

Katie Lea

Paige

Dave Taylor

Rockstar Spud

Oliver Grey

Mason Ryan

So I think it's safe to say UK talent is making a decent impression on the future of pro wrestling.

Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Mason Ryan, Wade Barrett are among the Wrestlers who were working for Professional Wrestling Promotions in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wlales who were discovered by WWE. WWE does 2 European Tours a Year. WWE holds at least 1 Wrestling Tryout in The United Kingdom every year and Wrestlers and Athletes from all across Europe go to that Tryout. If you are A Profesional Wrestler in Europe and work for Profesional Wrestling Promotions in Europe you may be invited to said tryout. WWE's next European Tour will be in May. WWE will be in Europe for almost the entire month of May. WWE is putting together a secound European Tour this Fall. Go To The WWE Web Site and look at upcoming Shows and you will see htis stuff.

The WWE's kind of turned a blind eye to the British/UK scene in the past with varied few exceptions. As someone said, PAC and Paige have both recently been picked up along with Sheamus, but in the past guys like Regal and Finlay kind of got vetted through the WCW roster before WWF/E showed any interest.

TNA's a bit different. They seem very aware of the UK scene, and have in the past had deals with Frontier Wrestling Alliance with talents trading between the two and of course British Boot Camp. I think I even remember Alex Shane saying that he was the one that kind of gave TNA the green light to perform in the UK on Cabana's podcast. TNA's also been very friendly with Wrestle Talk TV, and draw big numbers in the UK because of both affiliations and their willingness to hire people like the Blossom's, Spud, Magnus, Doug Williams, and others.

If I were working anywhere else in the world, be it the UK, Japan, and even Australia has been rumored to be on TNA's radar which isn't a surprise after World Wrestling All-Stars, I'd probably feel my chances were better at catching Dixie's eye than Vince's.
