Pros-you get to work on your strength, speed, & agility. You wrestle based on your weight class. Helps you get fit.
Cons-Have to control your weight, since going up and down in weight could change your weight class. Basketball is the more popular sport.
Pros-helps with your vertical leap and conditioning. If you play high school or college basketball lots of people will watch.
Cons-There are exceptions, but most people playing basketball in high school, college, or the NBA are tall.
