...overhyped PPV? Two Rings, One Very Low Cage. BIG DEAL.

But. Elimination Chambers is a blatant rip-off of that Golden Opportunity. Which is basically a larger cheaper Hell In The Cell, with two rings and zero memorable moments because the match always came off as vintage WCW knockoff material.

I just spent the time to watch most of World Championship Wrestling's WarGames compared to World Wrestling Entertainment's Elimination Chamber, I don't see how people can compare to two asides there being six guys inside the ring at once and they are surrounded by something. Elimination Chamber > WarGames.

is it so wrong to expect WWE to have Shield vs Wyatts in a MATCH BEYOND at Survivor Series?

....talk about miss opportunity.

oh and the last good War Games was in 1994.

Elimination Chamber was Triple H's idea, it was his brain child!

It is a huge structure, much more unique and clever from Wargames, much bigger than what HHH even thought it was going to be!

Whether or not Elimination Chamber was 'inspired' by WarGames isn't even up for debate. It's been admitted.

Second, you're crazy. Sure, WarGames doesn't always (if not rarely) have a huge 'spot' that makes good for the demo reel, but it usually has awesome wrestling, star-studded teams, and the same intense waiting period between entries.

Granted, it's a difference of opinion, but WarGames to me was the superior gimmick (barring the blasphemy that was 'WarGames 2000' or later year WCW 'WarGames' booked by Russo)
