I think because if WWE'S hunger and liking of big guys . The wrestlers take drugs and steroids to be big so that they get noticed. Also wrestling buisness has lot of pain with it. Most of them get addicted to pain killers too. Plus the effect of alcohol adds up to the effect. But the times are changing as we see it. Hope for a better future for everyone so that the kids also want to grow up and wrestle and not be scared.

They don't plenty of non wwe wrestlers have passed away in the past but wwe has been the only major promotion for over a decade so most guys with any talent would have most likely spent some time in wwe. The only other option for guys is tna. Most of the guys that died came up during the 80's &90's when wrestling was like the wild west. You don't hear of guys in the modern era passing away because wwe doesn't let guys party like they did back in the day.
